The land costs are based on the actual number of nights spent in Bhutan. The various rates and discounts are described in our FAQ list.
The payment procedures are as follows:
a) Your tour payment must be made at least one month before the start of the actual tour. The visa process will take place only after receipt of the full tour payment.
b) The tour payment can be deposited directly in our Bank account maintained with Standard Chartered Bank Limited or send it as a wire transfer from any other bank.

When depositing the funds, it is very important to mention Bhutan Expeditions as the beneficiary. However, the actual fund will not be deposited into Bhutan Expeditions’s account as Tour Operators can only authorize the payment for credit to Tourism Council of Bhutan Secretariat or Airline accounts.
